Looking for a service to send documents via snail mail from your Microsoft products like Office 365?
Pingen’s OneDrive integration enables you to directly send postal letters from your cloud drive and most Microsoft products.
Sending documents via snail mail is super easy with Pingen’s OneDrive integration. Simply save your letters as PDF in your OneDrive and have Pingen print and post them for you!
First you need to sign up and register an account with Pingen. Don’t worry, Pingen has no hidden monthly fees or minimum quantities.
After logging into Pingen, you can connect your OneDrive in just a few simple steps:
First browse to Integration in the main navigation and then select External Drives. Next switch to the Microsoft OneDrive tab and start the integration by clicking on Connect to Microsoft OneDrive.
Next authenticate with Microsoft and then grant Pingen access to OneDrive.
Once access has been granted, Pingen will automatically create a new folder labelled as "pingen" in your Microsoft OneDrive account.
Any PDFs stored in the "pingen" folder is then automatically synced to Pingen on an hourly basis.
This way the "pingen" folder can be used to conveniently send documents as postal mail.

That’s it! Now you can send documents directly via snail mail from Office 365 and most other Microsoft products! Simply save them as a PDF in the "pingen" folder on your OneDrive and Pingen will will print and post them automatically.
For every letter Pingen provides detailed status information in the Sendcenter of the Pingen webapp.
